Arthur Laffer, the economist that was responsible for the famous Laffer Curve and championed the concept of "supply-side economics" (or Voodoo economics, as G.H.W. Bush put it) for the Reagan administration, has some dire forecasts for 2011.
This is supported by a recent paper published by Americans for Tax Reform regarding the expiration of the Bush-era tax cuts on January 1, 2011.
